Da Weekend....
Jan. 18th, 2004 11:40 pmIt's weird to work on Sunday, but I like Friday off.... I'm going to have to find a 32hour job that pays like this one, so I can have the best of both worlds and actually spend time with my family, and still have one day a week free. That, or four 10-hour days. Whichever.
Anyway.... I was expecting a Tupperware catalog this weekend, and I hope we got it. I'm working tomorrow during MLKjr (as AUS doesn't seem to be quite so excited about him as we are) but with![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
elfgirl off, we both will have time to do some catalog shopping. Here's hoping it's at home.
As well, I get a prezzie tomorrow, and will take pictures and post as soon as I stop grinning too hard to see through the viewfinder. Details to follow.
Work is going okay, but interest for other contracts is picking up, too, with one opportunity to do some international travel.skx, one of these would have me in your neck of the woods from time to time. I'll keep playing it by ear, though, as my current deal is still the best, even with the horrible hours.
Apparently I need to measure my exterior windows tomorrow. I also need to call the realtor to see how storm windows change a house's value in my area -- I'm not sure it's a positive, but I want to be VERY SURE it isn't a negative.
