Ode to Colorado Springs....

Many years ago....okay, about five....I was on a long term job assignment doing work teaching a guy how to do systems administration. I'm good at teaching, so this seemed a good thing. I was out there for about five weeks. It was a LONG visit. And, I'm a stick-in-the-mud, so I picked a couple of good restaurants and went there. A lot. So much, in fact, that the teppanyaki place joked that I could learn to cook the food if I kept coming in four to five times a week and more...
