Pub day, and I don't know when I'll get there, what with it being Atlanta and wet (raining today, so I'm told. I've been here so long that I beat the weather to the building). And, I desperately need my head shorn, so I'll have to see how my day goes, but maybe I'll get something done between the two demands on my afternoon.

I've been reading more and more about the whole "war for oil" thing, and I think the argument is bunk. Anyone wanna take me on about it? See the next message for a good place to store your comments. I am tired, but could use the practice.

So, we are about to go to war to disarm Iraq. People claim it is to protect our oil interests, but we have very few in Iraq. They are even citing a news story where we doubled our demand on Iraqi oil, but not noticing how little that is of the total oil we require each day. So, what is this war for? Why fight it? And, when do we end it?

Let's go. I wanna hash this out with some new minds.

Oh, no! 7-11 pioneer John Thomson is now drinking that great Slurpee in the Sky. Not that we have them in Georgia, but... Oh, woe!
