Bigtime Geek Question....

Got a big geek question... I've got a system I'm playing with, and I thought it would be neat to see if I could siphon off email to/from a specific user.

/etc/aliases makes that easy for inbound mail. How do I go about grabbing outbound mail from just ONE specific user, without alerting them? This has been a bit of a bother to me, as I can easily see how to loop mail back through twice to save a copy of EVERYTHING, but I don't see how to filter a rule by FROM instead of TO.....

Any thoughts among my geekdom?
