football saturday....
Sep. 6th, 2003 11:08 pmThe boy is down from 103 deg to whatever the last medicine has helped him achieve, and the antibiotics seem to have started helping. That whole double-ear-infection thing sucks. I used to get ear problems like that, and I really understand the pain. uga_bug_girl's party tonight, and for that I'm really upset. Hope it was fun, kiddo.
For even mentioning the magic 100, I've started having a few people drop off, so I'm down to 97. Shouldn't have tempted fate, I guess. So, if any of you are readers that haven't friended me yet, now's a good time! (( ack! I sound like a PBS fund drive! ))
Today's football has been interesting. UGA won in a battle with some high school, GaTech surprised us with a win over Auburn, and Bama has had a great show against Oklahoma though they lost. As I'm writing this the Miama / Florida game is a one-point difference. It's been a good day to share football with your kids, and the boy, for all his pain, sat with me and cheered a few plays.
