well, that just bites the wax tadpole...
Feb. 11th, 2004 11:49 amI ran low on my maintenance medicine this week. So, I called into my GP for a refill order to be placed. And I waited. Pharm says they never got the script called in. So, I started bugging the office. They said, "Your Neuro never sent us the charts. Call him, and tell him to update us."
So....I called him today, and after navigating some surly people at information, finally got to speak to his script nurse. She said, "we'll call it in after you do a visit, a followup MRI, and other testing."
So, I'm forced to shade down on my script, and start interviewing for jobs as a high-speed cattle milker, while waiting to pay my half of an MRI visit, plus office visit, and then get a script done that won't be covered as it's maintenance and must be done mail-order for the copay to be right.
All in the name of being functional. Which, right now, seems highly overrated.
Oh, and with two full time jobs, exactly when am I going to schedule this appointment? ARG!
.....so I guess the next question to ask has to be....
What song reminds you of me? Besides "I'm All Shook Up" that is....
