Da elf and I had lunch at Ege Sushi, which is on Roswell Road near the 120 loop (in the Kroger shopping center at East Lake). Very nice food, and good prices. The chef cuts tuna in the Kyushu style (single stroke, drawn, tight angle) more than the Tokyo style (single stroke, forward, moderate angle), which I find gives better texture and more flavor as the meat fibers are very short, and thus fall apart easier.
For those that care, the chef was Japanese, and was making sushi like from home. Well worth a quick trip, if you've never been.
