I just sent a 3-inch-long spark into the tap here at work. Scared the hell out of the guy washing his hands next to me.

I am so quiet I've cancelled meetings because I don't want to raise my voice.

Hope things start changing for the better soon. I've had those days when I've been not so pleased with things and avoided almost everyone I could and some I normally couldn't. Hope things settle down soon.
