Pay for someone to steam clean the carpets at the house I'm trying to sell as well as clean the house inside/out so it looks presentable.

Hm.... on my budget, I can pay for cleaning, but I doubt things will look presentable on the other side. But, you'll have a half-assed job done! What more could any American want?
