Absinthe lollipop, or Maple-Bacon lollipop?

Well, they do have the maple bacon at Vermont Mustard Company and it is quite good. But I've never tried Absinthe, so it would be interesting.

Never had absinthe, however bacon is one of my three favorite meats I'll have to go with that one. (My other two fave meats are ham and bacon- I'd make a terrible Jew)

I prefer my bacon on the crunchy, and normally order sausage with waffles and pancakes. Sometimes I do order bacon, and even though maple goes with waffles and often lollipops are crunchy, I'm still not one of those that dips my bacon into the syrup. I know some people do, and I don't fault them for that. ;) I'll take the Absinthe, even though I've never actually had it.

Absinthe...oh, essence of wormwood...nasty. And while I like maple and bacon, I prefer them with my pancakes as breakfast. Maybe dinner. I think I'll stay with my cafe latte suckers from Sees.
