I think I'll stick with plain old Cheddar, thankyouverymuch.

Well, how about that. I wonder if it's a firm cheese or a soft cheese? What would you serve it with? Arrowroot cookies?

Why do you suppose the idea of cheese made of human breast milk is so disgusting to most people? Why do we think it is completely normal to consume cheese made out of other animals' breast milk? Why, dwivian, why?

You are broked because you spent all your money on human cheese?

There be a woman on a messageboard what I attend, what confessed to the members that she be "a cow".... she overproduces breast milk often a half-gallon a day. She woke up in bed yesterday and discovered that she'd been leaking, and that she'd fried her iPhone. She makes so much extra breast milk that she contributes it to some sort of program that collects and distributes it to mothers who do not.

I have, of course, forwarded her the story and she now (jokingly) demands a recipe! O.o

That was my thinking too. I'd much rather see that milk going to babies who could benefit from it--and there are so many of them.

But then, maybe the milk is past its date for babies, but still OK for cheese?

C'est un blague, n'est-ce pas?
