Had a little fun at GARF for Mother's Day! And, we took pictures!

Cavalier Dwiv (What you don't see is the fact that I'm wearing PANTS! Hey, it's a costume, so it's okay.	Ari the Pirate Yes, she stole her mother's clothes. That's what teenagers do.
Elven Henna She almost couldn't get it done, because of all the interested patrons.

Ran into martinhesselius, who is always nice to meet, and had a good time not getting sunburnt (yay for SPF 45). Da elf picked up a few new clothes that will be photographed later, and got her hands all inked up for fun. This meant she was unable to eat or drink (well, not easily), but she made up for that by frontloading on mead before we got to the henna booth. I think she may be coming out of her haze around 5pm tomorrow.

Next weekend is your_mother's Day, which will be celebrated with less alcohol and possibly a little less people. Possibly. We're going to attend a festival and parade, which is going to, by necessity, have associated people in attendance. And, I don't think I'll be in my cavalier outfit, either.

Elfgirl appreciates your comments on her henna. Da munchkin worked to look piratey, she said, but since she's only 16 it took a solid emo frown.

Elfgirl's hands are henna. But, that is Ari's arm, and she's going to choke when she finds out that she's been confused for Elfgirl! She's only 16! ::hee::

You probably could wear the cavalier outfit - after all, there will be others in costume. They, however, will be riding tiny bicycles amd throwing candy.

But, it's totally up to you.
