If he is indeed accurate it will be most interesting to see how the courts handle it. And yes... *points to icon*... I know Bush has nothing to do with it but I must use my wonderful politically inspired icon regardless. =P

At this point I feel that I should say, the Libertarian Party *does* have some good ideas, and is a valid party of choice. It's just that some of their representatives are a bit...strange.
