Tonight, I cooked dinner.
Orange roughy filet with a toasted macadamia butter sauce, served with a side of chicken-flavored orzo and gorgonzola butter, roasted asparagus with lemon zest, seasoned cherry tomato halves, and broiled brocolli florettes.
Dessert was mini egg custard (chess) pie.

I had whole wheat pasta with pesto sauce (bought, not home made) and added pine nuts and Parmesan. Good, but not up to yours.

Date: 2007-02-23 07:29 pm (UTC)The trick with the greens is broiling them (in a light coat of oil to improve cooking time) 6 inches from the broiler, about five minutes. Season afterwards.
