Tonight, I cooked dinner.

Orange roughy filet with a toasted macadamia butter sauce, served with a side of chicken-flavored orzo and gorgonzola butter, roasted asparagus with lemon zest, seasoned cherry tomato halves, and broiled brocolli florettes.

Dessert was mini egg custard (chess) pie.

Today, I had teriyaki wings, crinkle cut fries, one slice of Texas toast, carrots and celery, chased with Coke Zero.

I had whole wheat pasta with pesto sauce (bought, not home made) and added pine nuts and Parmesan. Good, but not up to yours.
